About Active Players
Our Journey
I’m Camille Empey, educator, instructional leader, and lifelong second-language learner from Puerto Rico. My journey in schools showed me a truth: students thrive when learning feels active, safe, and meaningful, especially multilingual learners and students who need school to feel doable again.
Active Players Outreach was created to make that real through movement, creativity, teamwork, and hands-on, project-based STEAM experiences through storytelling that honor students’ identities and strengths. We don’t just run activities, we coach students to become confident communicators, problem-solvers, and leaders while building the 4Cs: Communication, Collaboration, Critical thinking, and Creative thinking
It takes a village. We bring the tools, the team, and the energy to help students show up, engage deeply, and grow.

Creating a world where every child is an active participant in their learning journey, equipped with the skills, knowledge, and character to shape their own future and make a positive impact in the world.
To empower children through dynamic and engaging education that nurtures character, cultivates life skills, and fosters a love for learning. We inspire our students to become active players in their own lives, equipping them to contribute positively to their communities and the world.
